Kaylee Parker
Chapter President
“Leading her peers and team mates, Kaylee Parker brings drive, ambition and determination to Sonora La Habra High School FFA. As your chapter president she uses her leadership skills to make your experience in our program positive and strives to upkeep her duty for leading her chapter into a new and welcoming future. Madame Parker has been a part of the agriculture program for four years and has previously been a part of the 2019/2020 officer team as her role of Historian. This year, as a senior she wants to create a place for everyone to feel comfortable and included.

Matthew Meda
Chapter Treasurer
A helping hand on the farm and leader of the chapter’s FFA finances, Matthew Meda is serving as this year's chapter treasurer. Matthew’s ambition to help the program flourish both financially and physically; Matthew hopes to bring ease to businesses and activities by keeping an organized and accountable financial information. Matthew was a part of the 4H program one year before the Ag program at Sonora. In the 4H program Matthew raised a pig and sought to continue raising his love for swine at Sonora. This will be his 4th year in an agriculture program and his third year at Sonora. Matthew wants to encourage organization and productivity and is positive that he will work hard to provide fun activities for members through distance learning.

Jeremy Johnson
Agriculture Department Head/ Teacher
Mr. Johnson began his teaching career at La Habra High School’s Agriculture Department where he taught for 8 years. Since moving over to Sonora High School FFA chapter over 8 years ago, Mr. Johnson has consistently brought a passion and dedication to his students each and every day. His experience and knowledge within the FFA program makes him a perfect fit as our Teacher/Advisor and is the glue to our growing Family. Mr. Johnson is currently the Department Chair for Agriculture here at Sonora as well as the Co-Chair of the CTE for our Sonora campus

Savannah Grove
Chapter VIce President
Energetic and driven, Savannah Grove manages and encourages our chapter team to be the best. Savannah’s excitement to take on the next challenges and push our team forward with her exciting new ideas is one of the many amazing things about her. Savannah’s duty of encouraging and inspiring others as chapter Vice President keeps our team ready to serve our members. Savannah has been involved in FFA for three years and has raised multiple SAE projects. As a junior, she is ready and excited to create lasting friendships and memories with every member.

Emma Morales
Chapter Reporter
Dedication and determination are a few words to describe Emma Morales’ love for this chapter’s FFA program. Emma is serving as this year’s chapter reporter and is excited to post and promote her FFA chapter. Emma has been a part of the Agricultural program for four years, and as a senior she hopes to leave behind a proud FFA chapter and encourage the expansion of the program. Emma is proud to share her Ag pride among her fellow “aggies” and hopes to continue her endless admiration for the program she is a part of through social media and through her duties of spreading knowledge of FFA. Emma is excited to see the growth that she and her amazing officer team will accomplish.

Mary Riley
Agriculture advisor/ teacher
For the past 9 years, Mrs. Riley has been guiding her students through the amazing Ag program at Sonora and showing her students all the possibilities that await them out of high school. Mrs. Riley encourages her students to do their best in and out of the classroom and reinforces all of her students to harvest the endless possibilities that the FFA program here at Sonora has to offer. Mrs. Riley loves to teach students about agriculture because she believes everyone needs to know where their food comes from so that they can make the best decisions to ensure our country has a safe food supply in the future.

Erika Cervantes
Chapter Secretary
Since joining Sonora La Habra High School FFA as a freshman, Erika Cervantes has developed a deep passion for the agriculture program. Erika is serving as your chapter secretary and wants to help new and previous members find their place within the FFA program. Her duties of conversing with other FFA chapters allows her to see how her chapter can improve as well as keep records of new and past business. As a senior, Erika hopes to help members find a home in the program and allow new roots to spread.

Kailani Cavarlez
Chapter Sentinel
Commitment and inspiration are key words to our chapter Sentinel. Kailani Cavarlez has been a swine showman in 4H since she was in 7th grade and was the former Tri-City 4H president. With her tremendous amount of experience, Kailani’s role of maintaining order and help keeping all members of the FFA program at Sonora comfortable and striving to make our program feel like a family is no easy task. Kailani’s goal as sentinel is to help lead our chapter to greatness while bringing each other together as a family and helping others exceed their own goals.

Angie Velasquez
Agriculture ad
Inspiring her students to take action and become more involved in the program are just a few of the amazing things about Ms. Velasquez. Ms. Velasquez has been teaching at Sonora for two years and has impacted her students through dedication to her class and students. Ms. Velasquez joining the Sonora FFA family strengthens the amazing relationships that students have with their advisors and adds the extra support to the glue to our growing family.
